Nick’s place was the perfect location for my son’s soccer showcase at Grand Park, just a couple minutes drive away. Close to many restaurants, putt putt, but also not too far if you want to take a drive into Indianapolis. House was above and beyond for amenities, clean and would highly recommend!

Nick was a great host, and the home was exactly what we were looking for. This home is new, clean, peaceful, and full of amenities. It even came with some welcome treats and coffee pods. I would absolutely recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood to relax. I also appreciated Nick’s great communication and warm welcome. I would stay here again!

This Airbnb has been the best home we’ve stayed in since we started traveling in 2020. Nick’s accommodations were excellent—there wasn’t a single detail he overlooked. You can truly tell he put his heart into creating this space.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb while in town for a tournament at Grand Park Sports Campus! The location was perfect close to everything, with stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby, and only about 15–20 minutes from downtown Indianapolis.
The home was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The 3 bed, 2 bath layout gave us plenty of room, and everything was organized and labeled, which made it easy to settle in. It truly felt like a “just show up” stay Towels, washcloths, soap, and essentials were all provided. The washer and dryer were a huge plus during a busy weekend.
The setup was super convenient, especially with outlets right by the beds for charging devices. Check-in was smooth, and we didn’t have to contact the owners for anything.
The kids loved it, and we’ll definitely be back since we come every year! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area for tournaments or a quick getaway 😊

We had a wonderful time with our stay! The home was exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. We received clear, friendly instructions on everything that was expected. The location was close to many restaurants and Grand Park, which was the reason for our stay. I would absolutely recommend Nick as a host and his beautiful property. Five star experience!

Our family felt right at home at Nick's house! It's beautiful and cozy; very clean with refreshing styles.
Nick offers everything you could need while staying away from home. Great bedrooms and beds, comfortable couches, lovely dining area, etc.
We really appreciated the quality of products and items he provides for his guests. Just to name a few: my wife loved his coffee maker, pots & pans (usually other homes offer worn out, cheaper cooking supplies); Nick also provides his guests with my wife's favorite shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion.
It's the little things that add up to an overall great experience! We will most definitely be going back. Highly recommended!

This home was everything you hope to get when renting an AirBNB. There was more than enough room for the 6 of us. It was perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The Pacer Athletic Center was so close that we were able to walk there, yet it was still a quite neighborhood. The living room was a comfortable place to relax after a day full of basketball games. We will plan to rent the same place when we come back for next year's basketball tournament. If you have a full size extended SUV like a Suburban or Wagoneer L, you might not fit in the garage, but there is parking available in the driveway.

We had a wonderful experience with our stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The space was well-maintained, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit.

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better—only minutes from the sports complex and very close to restaurants, fast food, and gas station.
