We had a wonderful time with our stay! The home was exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. We received clear, friendly instructions on everything that was expected. The location was close to many restaurants and Grand Park, which was the reason for our stay. I would absolutely recommend Nick as a host and his beautiful property. Five star experience!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, new and true to pictures. Nick was accommodating and flexible and a wonderful host. The property was close to Carmel, Grand Park sports complex and a host of restaurants.

Our family felt right at home at Nick's house! It's beautiful and cozy; very clean with refreshing styles.
Nick offers everything you could need while staying away from home. Great bedrooms and beds, comfortable couches, lovely dining area, etc.
We really appreciated the quality of products and items he provides for his guests. Just to name a few: my wife loved his coffee maker, pots & pans (usually other homes offer worn out, cheaper cooking supplies); Nick also provides his guests with my wife's favorite shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion.
It's the little things that add up to an overall great experience! We will most definitely be going back. Highly recommended!

This home was everything you hope to get when renting an AirBNB. There was more than enough room for the 6 of us. It was perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The Pacer Athletic Center was so close that we were able to walk there, yet it was still a quite neighborhood. The living room was a comfortable place to relax after a day full of basketball games. We will plan to rent the same place when we come back for next year's basketball tournament. If you have a full size extended SUV like a Suburban or Wagoneer L, you might not fit in the garage, but there is parking available in the driveway.

We had a wonderful experience with our stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The space was well-maintained, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit.
Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, friendly, and provided clear check-in instructions, which made the entire process seamless. We especially appreciated the small touches that made the stay feel welcoming and personalized.
The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area while still offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Overall, this was a five-star experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better—only minutes from the sports complex and very close to restaurants, fast food, and gas station.

This is a first class, 5 star experience! We had a great stay! The house is a new build and everything was fantastic! Nick was an outstanding host! Communication was excellent. quick to respond and very helpful! Great value for the money and we will definitely be back!
